Questions
Pricing, answered
Who counts as a user?
Anyone in your organisation who signs in during the month: care staff, nurses, managers and bank staff. You only pay for people who actually signed in that month, so leavers, people on long-term leave and occasional bank staff don’t cost anything when they’re not working.
Do agency staff count?
No. Agency workers who sign in on your unit tablets are free, so covering a shift never costs you more.
Is there a limit on residents or homes?
No. Residents, homes, units, devices and forms are all unlimited. Your bill only changes with the size of your team.
How does the volume pricing work?
Like tax bands. Your first 50 users are £29 each, the next 100 are £25, the next 250 are £21 and everyone after that is £18. So a bigger team always pays less per person, and there’s never a jump in price when you add one more.
Is there a minimum?
The smallest bill is £290 a month, which covers up to 10 users. Ruth, the AI assistant, is on top.
What does Ruth, the AI assistant, do, and is it safe?
Ruth drafts care plans from your pre-admission assessments today, with handover summaries, voice notes and translation on the way. She runs on Anthropic’s Claude Opus 5.5 in AWS’s London region, so information about residents stays in the UK, and it’s never used to train AI models. Nothing she writes goes live until someone on your team has checked and approved it.
Is there a contract?
Pay monthly and cancel with 30 days’ notice, or pay yearly and save 15%. Prices exclude VAT.
Are there set-up fees?
No. Setting up your homes, bringing your data across and training your team are included.
